Chicken tikka masala burger with garlic naan, green salad and avacado-chilly ketchup

Tandoori pumpkin soup with coconut-tamarind froth, dusted with roasted fennel

Saffron scented mughlai cornish hen curry with green peas-mushroom masala, wild rice pullao

Brie cheese, warm gulab jamun and poached pear parcel with raspberry couli, and mango-coconut kulfi

 

Diwali Veg Tasting Menu ($35)

Three ways chickpeas chaat served with spicy tamarind-date chutney, fresh mint chutney and roasted cumin scented yogurt

 Cumin flavoured tomato soup with butter milk froth

Panseared masala-paneer cake with Rajasthani style spinach-corn sauce, bengali pullao rice

Masala tea crème brulea, marble paneer-chocolate cake dusted with roasted pistachio 

  

Valentine's Day Tasting Menu: Vegetarian

Five-Course Valentine's Day Vegetarian Tasting Menu ($38.00 )

• Saffron scented organic baby carrot and broccoli cheesy korma

• Organic root veg croquette with raspberry vinaigrette and tamarind date sauce

• Pepper crusted paneer steak  with Sauv Blanc velvet tomato sauce and garlic naan

• Jackfruit biryani with curried raita

• Chocolate rabri, almond flakes and touli basket served with ice cream, chocolate-coated strawberry and raspberry couli

 

Valentine's Day Tasting Menu: Non-Vegetarian

Five-course Valentine's Day Non-Vegetarian Tasting Menu ($45.00)

• Saffron scented Ontario rack of lamb shorba with winter vegetables

• Spicy mango kuchamber topped with coconut-crusted scallop and garnished with mustard-honey glazed lobster claws

• Duck confit with organic baby carrot, almond foie gras sauce, and wild pullao rice

• Pan seared Norway salmon with lentil ragout, coriander oil, and garlic naan

• Chocolate yoghurt paneer cake dusted with pistachio served with kulfi and meringues

 

Christmas Tasting Menu

Join us during the holidays and savour our Christmas Tasting Menu, which includes "Spicy Broccoli with mixed fruit korma", "Poached lobster claw with coconut crusted scallop in almond saffron sauce" and "Semolina lemon tart with maple syrup carmelized pineapple with raspberry couli".

We'll be closed December 24 to December 26, and open for dinner from December 27 to December 31.

Five-Course Diwali Non-Vegetarian Tasting Menu

• Lamb parcel stuffed with leafy spinach and Brie cheese served with spicy mint jelly and mango salsa.

• Lentil consommé with tamarind marinated caramelized scallops.

• Garlic flavoured five greens compote (spinach, Swiss chard, rapini, kale, fenugreek) with basil vinaigrette and chestnut-crusted paneer, served with stuffed baby radish paratha.

• Old Lucknowi-style Cornish hen confit garnished with oven roasted cipollini onions, a quail egg and vegetable bundle korma.

• Masala tea ice cream served with hazelnut sesame seed chikki and barfi canapés with raspberry sauce.

 

Diwali Tasting Menu: Vegetarian

Five-Course Diwali Vegetarian Tasting Menu

• Crispy lentil dumpling stuffed with spicy potato compote scented with coconut-tamarind date dressing.

• Half-and-half soup (lentil and tomato) scented with mint oil

• Garlic flavoured five greens compote (spinach, Swiss chard, rapini, kale, fenugreek) with basil vinaigrette and chestnut-crusted paneer, served with stuffed baby radish paratha.

• Sesame seed crusted baby eggplant steak in tamarind-peanut sauce, scented with curry leaves and sweet potato ribbons dusted with black rock salt. Served with cilantro rice.

• Raspberry stuffed rasgulla, coated with white chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder. Cardamom flavoured rice pudding in a chocolate cup garnished with roasted cracked pistachio nuts.
