Bombay slaw chaat with chickpeas, potato, green mango and tamarind-date dressing

Root veg croquette stuffed with goat cheese, Indian mustard-yogurt and tomato-chiili sauce

Lean ground lamb cutlet, cucumber-onion green salad and Indian mustard sauce  

Panseared crab cake with mango salsa, yogurt raita and salmon caviar
