Had a delightfully light Indian dinner tonight: Cole slaw chaat and Caribou entrée. We appreciated the lightness of the meal and the gentle, yet present spicyness. The Australian Shiraz went well with the Caribou. The 3-part dessert was light and quite tasty. We usually are leery of Indian restaurants because the food is too greasy or too rich and the overwhelming spices create gas. This was not the case at all.

Four of us had lunch the other day and found Debu Saha's Nouvelle Indian Cuisine fabulous! We ordered a sampling of items from the menu and all got to try everything. Every dish was spectacular in presentation and taste. Debu is an artist. All you foodies out there HAVE to try this restaurant.
